About Therapy

The process of therapy would provide you with a safe space to express your feelings, thoughts and emotions, with a qualified therapist. It creates a place to let you explore, learn and unlearn new insights and connect dots from the past. Therapy is a journey to make sense of yourself and the situations around you. You will feel heard and respected for who you are, and not judged. Your story and journey is unique to us, and the goals of the sessions are made, based on what you need. Therapy is not for people who want to solve/need guidance for their issues, but also for everybody who can work to be a better version of themselves.

Services and Counselling Sessions

Counselling Services (as of now) are offered through Chat, Audio and Video sessions. There is no fixed number on how many sessions one would need. It depends on the concern and the individual's journey of healing. On an average, the sessions happen once on a week (can be altered). A therapy session can be booked by contacting us through our Instagram Page or email. The session is conducted by a qualified Therapist.

Ethical Consederations

If you are worried about your personal information being shared - Therapists adhere to complete Confidentiality of their clients details. We are ethically and legally obliged to NOT share any  information with anyone, unless there is a potential harm. The relationship between the client and the therapist is professional, and they cannot be friends with you outside the therapeutic space. There is no leverage of Dual Relationship.
