Well Prism began with an impulsive thought during one of the most uncertain times in recent history.
In 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, I had just graduated with a degree in psychology — full of knowledge and enthusiasm to begin working as a therapist. But suddenly, like so many others, I found myself at home, plans on hold, with no job offers and no idea what would come next.

What I did have was time — time to reflect on everything happening around me. I saw how fear, loneliness, and uncertainty were affecting people in ways they couldn’t always explain. And I felt a strong need to reach out, to support others in any way I could.

I wanted people to know they didn’t have to go through it alone. That there was still space — even in crisis — to care for their well-being.
With that intention, the idea of Well Prism was born.

The Meaning

How It Started

The name combines two powerful symbols:

  • "Well" represents well-being in its most complete, human form.
  • "Prism" reflects how light, when passed through a prism, splits into seven colors — each distinct, yet part of a whole.

In the same way, we believe true well-being is multi-dimensional.

At Well Prism, we focus on the seven core dimensions

The name combines two powerful symbols:

  • "Prism" reflects how light, when passed through a prism, splits into seven colors — each distinct, yet part of a whole.

In the same way, we believe true well-being is multi-dimensional.

At Well Prism, we focus on the seven core dimensions of wellness:
Emotional, Personal, Physical, Social, Spiritual, Financial, and Intellectual.

Each form is a piece of your light.
Together, they create the spectrum of who you are.

The Journey

At first, Well Prism was just a small initiative — a way to connect, to express, to offer support during a global crisis. But over the weeks, it started to mean more.
It became something I identified with — not just as a professional, but as a person.

It became something I identified with — not just as a professional, but as a person.

Like a tattoo you get on impulse, only to realize how deeply it resonates with who you are — Well Prism grew into that symbol for me.

Today, it is a community, a resource, and a space for anyone seeking balance, healing, and growth. Whether you're navigating a personal challenge or simply exploring your own well-being, Well Prism is here to remind you:
You are made of many beautiful parts — and every one of them matters.
